TestPros has placed a great deal of emphasis on standardization of processes to ensure consistent quality of the services we deliver. In recognition of our commitment to excellence, TestPros has been successfully independently audited and/or appraised for the following certifications:
CMMI®V2.0 Service Level 3
TestPros has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). It can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfil agreed service requirements.
ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security. ISO 27001 was developed to help organizations, of any size or any industry, to protect their information in a systematic and cost-effective way, through the adoption of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
An ISMS is a holistic approach to securing the confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) of corporate information assets. It consists of policies, procedures and other controls involving people, processes and technology. Informed by regular information security risk assessments, an ISMS is an efficient, risk-based and technology-neutral approach to keeping your information assets secure.
