Employment Benefits
TestPros, Inc. offers our full-time and hourly employees a comprehensive benefits package. Each calendar year employees* can receive up to 30 days of paid leave plus medical, dental, 401(k), AD&D and life insurance.

  • Medical
    TestPros offers group Health Insurance via Guardian (PHCS Network) for all employees and covers 50% of the cost for employees. TestPros plan includes prescriptions. Ask for plan details and rates.
  • Dental
    TestPros offers group Dental Insurance via Humana for all employees and covers 50% of the cost for employees.  Ask for plan details and rates.
  • 401(k)
    Pre-Tax and Post-Tax (Roth) retirement plans available to all full-time and hourly employees. Ask for details regarding eligibility.
  • *Fixed and Floating Holidays
    Full-time employees earn 10 paid holidays each year. For 2007, three days are floating holidays to be used on any day you choose. Seven days are fixed calendar days for major national holidays to include New Year's Day, Memorial and Labor Days, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • *Vacation
    Each year our full-time employees earn 10 days of paid vacation

  • *Sick Leave
    Full-time employees of TestPros earn 10 paid sick days annually. These can be used when you're sick, or when a member of your family is sick.
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
  • TestPros pays for a $15,000 life insurance policy for both full-time employees and hourly employees. Each full-time employee also receives up to $15,000 in AD&D benefits
  • Other Benefits
  • In addition to our subsidized benefits, TestPros also offers our employees cafeteria style benefits via AFLAC which include (but not limited to) short term disability, accident, cancer, cardiac, vision and dental coverage at discounted corporate rates.  Ask for plan details and rates.
