BENEFITS
The quality of our service and responsiveness to our clients is the result of our unique commitment to our employees. TestPros offers Full-Time and Hourly employees a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits begin accruing as of your first day of employment. Each calendar year employees* can receive up to 30 days of paid leave time plus medical, disability, AD&D, life insurance, 401K and more!
VACATION* Each year our full-time employees earn 10 days of paid vacation (earned as the year progresses).
HOLIDAYS* Full-time employees earn 10 paid Holidays each year. For 2002, 3 days are Floating Holidays (earned as the year progresses) to be used on any day you choose. Seven are fixed days for major National Holidays to include, New Years Day, Memorial and Labor Days, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
SICK LEAVE* Full-time employees of TestPros earn 10 paid sick days annually (earned as the year progresses). These can be used when you're sick, or when a member of your family is sick.
MEDICAL INSURANCE TestPros offers Health Insurance for full-time and temporary employees. Employer pays 80% of the cost of employee's health insurance and 50% of the cost of their dependents health insurance. You have the option to select or reject Health Insurance benefits. NOTE: Coverage begins 30 days after full-time employment. Coverage is subject to approval by insurance company. TestPros' plan includes prescriptions. Ask for rates.
LTD, LIFE INSURANCE and AD&D* TestPros pays the total cost of all full-time employees to be covered by Long Term Disability Insurance (60% of your basic monthly salary up to $6,000.00 per month). The company also pays for a $50,000 Life Insurance policy and up to $50,000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits on each full-time employee. In addition there is a nominal life insurance policy for your spouse and dependents age 2 weeks to 19 years (25 if a full-time student).
401(k) TestPros sponsors a 401(k) plan for all employees. You are eligible to join the first of the next month after 1 day of employment. Start saving for your retirement with TestPros or roll over an existing 401(k) plan.
